There are typically three reasons an account gets locked — and each one has a different solution:
  • Repeated incorrect password attempts (temporary lock): After 5–6 incorrect password attempts, your account is automatically locked for 30 minutes. It will unlock on its own after 30 minutes, or you can use "Reset Password" immediately.
  • Verification Required (KYC Lock): If identity verification is still pending before withdrawal, certain features will be limited. Upload a photo of your NID or passport and the issue will be resolved within 24–48 hours.
